Have a look at this new campaign for Microsoft Digital Advertising solutions... It's making some interesting points, even though I'm not sure we always 'need to talk'. Not every brand needs the whole conversation, and lots of brands who do engage in interaction seem to run out of interesting topics after the initial greeting...
But it's a great film and, in response to Geert's question: do go on, it really is great. I got the impression that it was the first in a series from watching this one.
