Audiences were a little smaller, a little less enthusiastic, maybe even a little underwhelmed, but as they say: "The rest is history"
It's almost scary when you hear him predict the future of music and his belief in the product when you know where they are today. And, contrary to newer presentations, he really builds up tension up to the point where he shows the product. The presentation's got a great build too, he's adding new elements every minute and you can feel the expectations building after the initial 'just a music player' reaction.
For the fans: The rest of the directory contains more important Apple moments.
